A fast growing peptide brand handed off social media, comment replies, email, and consulting calls to one Luxen VA and focused entirely on product.

Loop is a direct to consumer peptide brand selling research grade compounds to a health conscious, high intent audience. As the brand grew its online presence, the founder was spending the majority of every day responding to Instagram and TikTok comments, managing a high volume inbox, and coordinating consulting calls with customers who had detailed questions about peptide protocols.
Luxen Talent placed a Marketing VA with experience in the health and wellness space. She took over social media posting and scheduling, community management and comment replies, email inbox management, and end to end coordination of consulting calls, including booking, reminders, follow ups, and post call communication.
The Challenge: Loop's audience is highly engaged and asks detailed questions. Failing to respond quickly meant lost trust and lost sales. The founder was personally replying to hundreds of comments and emails per week, leaving no time for product development, supplier relationships, or content strategy. Consulting calls were being booked ad hoc with no system, leading to no shows and missed follow ups.
The Solution: The Luxen VA built a content calendar and took over scheduling 5 posts per week across Instagram and TikTok using founder approved content and frameworks. She managed all comment replies within a 2 hour window, escalating only technical protocol questions to the founder. The inbox was triaged daily with templated responses for common queries. A structured consulting call system was set up in Calendly with automated reminders, a pre call intake form, and a post call follow up sequence handled entirely by the VA.
I was spending my whole day in the comments and inbox. Now our VA handles all of it and our engagement is actually better because responses are faster and more consistent. I finally have time to work on the brand instead of just in it.
